Exciting Racing
Racing at POWERnights will be by invitation for various groups of race cars. A total of 5 race groups will feature with double-header races at each event and each race is for open invitation races and NOT rounds of a championship or other series. Each of the 10 races is run to a 10 minute format.
Radio POWERnights - 1602MW
Radio POWERnights will broadcast as a comprehensive entertainment show at each event from 5pm till 10pm. The show will be radio DJ style entertaining with; music, interviews, competitions, race commentary, live commentator to race driver interviews plus traffic/weather information. Spectators can participate in live Q&A and competitions at the events via mobile and text.
Track Rides
Fast laps around the circuit for Guests and Competition Winners. Look out for opportunities to win in your local press.
Off Track Displays
There will be a trade mall, catering and display area at each of the POWERnights events.
TEXT TO WIN with Scalextric at POWERnights
POWERnights is all about spectator involvement. All visitors are invited to text the name of the driver they think is going to win each of the races. Texts cost the senders standard text rate (no premium rates here!) and if they choose the winning driver they will be entered into a draw to win a Scalextric ‘Powerslide’ set. There is one set up for grabs for each of the races.
Simply text the car number and the name of the driver to 81066, along with your name. Then get on your feet and cheer your chosen driver home.
